This pudding is perfect as power breakfast or a snack during the day. Chia seeds have a lot of fiber and are known as a superfood.
I have to confess that I can’t give any measurements – but it’s not so hard and you can add more milk or more seeds to get the desired consistency.
- approx. 3-4 tbs Chia Seeds
- approx. 250 ml (8.5 oz) milk or non-dairy substitute
- 1 tbs honey
- cinnamon and/or other toppings
The pudding is best prepared the evening before, so the seeds can soak thru. Add milk to the seeds and mix thoroughly. Wait a few minutes to see if the milk-seed ratio is okay and add accordingly.
Let it soak overnight in the fridge and add honey and cinnamon to taste. Add additional toppings and enjoy!
