Transitions are important when you plan your own yoga flow. Which poses go well together and in which order? This month I want to show you small transitions, so you can be inspired to build your own flow. Some of those transitions are well known and often done, while others may not be as common.
The first transition is from warrior 2 into peaceful warrior. It is very common, as there are hardly any other variations to get into peaceful warrior. You can do this transition in your flow dynamically with your breath or hold each pose for a few breaths before going into the next pose.
