Transition from Warrior 1 into half shoelace

Half shoelace pose comes originally from yin yoga, and to be honest I didn’t know it before I did my Yin Yoga Foundations course last year. But it’s a great pose to stretch the backside of the leg and also the outer hip of the other leg, so I really like it as an alternative to Janu Sirsasana or Masyandrasana.

The coordination in this transition might be a challenge in the beginning, but I think after watching the video with the explanations you should be able to do this sequence without a hitch!
