Currently all my Zoom Classes are in German. If you are interested in an English Zoom Class, please leave me a message via the contact form. If there are people interested in international classes, I’ll try to work out a time that fits all of us (and out timezones).

Slow Flow Hatha Yoga

We connect movement to our breath and go through the poses in a gentle speed. It will be a mix between activating and relaxing asanas so your whole body will be strengthened and gently stretched to find inner peace and balance. This class has a duration of 60 minutes.

Prentalal Yoga

Exercise during pregnancy is as important (if not more) as otherwise in your life. No matter if you have done yoga before or are just starting during your pregnancy – there are always movements and asanas you can do, adjusted to the stadium of your pregnancy.

Especially the core supporting muscles need strengthening for the additional weight you have to carry around, and soft stretching to release tension and open the hips to prepare for birth are in focus in this course. This class has a duration of 60 minutes.
