Right now I am studying hard on my continuing yoga education to be a registered prenatal yoga instructor.
Exercise during pregnancy is as important (if not more) as otherwise in your life. No matter if you have done yoga before or are just starting during your pregnancy – there are always movements and asanas you can do, adjusted to the stadium of your pregnancy.
Especially the core supporting muscles need strengthening for the additional weight you have to carry around, and soft stretching to release tension and open the hips to prepare for birth are in focus in this course. We’ll round this course with breathing exercises to start and deep relaxation to end every workout.
