I was born in Graz but I have been living in Vienna, Austria, for 13 years now.
As a daughter of an Educator my first wish was to become a teacher – that changed over the years, and in my dayjob as Human Resource Manager I do have overlappings to delevopment and learning. In my free time I have been a cheerleding trainer for our youth team and I have been volunteering as a scout leader for over a decade.
Sport has always played a big role in my life and I did different sports in different intensities. Swimming, Karate, Horseback Riding, Cheerleading, Volleyball – and now Yoga. I first started it almost 20 years ago, but certainly not in the intensity as in the last years. In the beginning it was only a form of body movement for me, but it transitioned from “sport only” to more of a lifestyle.
I always loved doing yoga at home, and that is a big part of who I am – I want to give back and inspire people to move, to get in touch with themselves, to breathe and just be. You don’t have to be skinny and flexible to do yoga – Yoga is for everybody who wants to move their body.
I’m a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance with an additional 50 hours Yin Yoga certification.
